Applicants for shared ownership in Bednall must meet local connection criteria, listed in priority as follows: Primary Suitable Households (Initial priority between 11th December 2024 and 2nd January 2025): Current or Former Residents: Individuals who have lived in Bednall for at least 3 of the last 5 years, or 10 of the last 20 years. Family Connections: Those with parents, siblings, grandparents, or adult children who currently live in Bednall and have done so for 3 of the last 5 years or 10 of the last 20 years. Employment in Bednall: People who have worked in Bednall for at least 3 of the last 5 years or 10 of the last 20 years. Secondary Suitable Households (If no suitable primary applicants found, then the areas widen from 3rd January 2025: Applicants from nearby parishes, will be prioritised in this order: Bednall , Acton Trussell, and Teddesley Hay,Dunston, Coppenhall, and Penkridge, Any parish within the South Staffordshire District.
