VENDORS COMMENT

Bevill House enjoys amazing views, within a tranquil setting and is also very private, but we are still within two miles of Bude town and the beautiful local beaches.

During the summer months we have enjoyed many happy days in the garden and on the balcony with our friends and family.   We can see views far reaching over Bude, Widemouth Bay and beyond.

The garden contains an array of mature shrubs including camellias, hydrangeas and rhododendrons and during the summer these provide a very colourful garden. We have enjoyed our time at Bevill House, but now feel it's time to hand our house to the next family to continue to enjoy as much as we have."*
