A guide price for tenders is in the region of £125,000 All offers will be submitted but the vendors will not be bound to accept the highest or any offer and the final decision will be at their total discretion.

Detailed drawings have been passed and all pre-commencement conditions have been discharged. These along with the planning documents are available from our office on request or by going online to the Cornwall Council online planning register, Planning Application Number PA17/12147. Full building regulation approval has been obtained along with all SAP calculations to enable an immediate start, only inspection fees are due.
The site is approximately 1/4 of an acre and has been extensively cleared and levelled and the groundwork commenced in readiness for the build. Previous quotes for the connection of services can also be discussed with any interested parties.
The properties will be accessed over a shared tarmac drive which leads from St Nicholas Street up to the site entrance. Each property will be on three levels and comprise:
