At the cross roads here go straight across signed Shebbear. Follow this road for approximately 3.5 miles until you reach a fork in the road signed Black Torrington 3 miles. Take this left and after 3 miles you will reach the village of Black Torrington. Continue past the pub on your left and at the top of the hill the property will be found on your right hand side.
