The property is still being regularly monitored by the Hastings Direct, the insurance company. The last visit was 18.02.2025 and mitigation is expected to be completed by June 2025. Monitoring of the cracks is expected to continue for 2 months after mitigation and repair works to start August 2025 and completed in September 2025.

We have also been advised by our client (14.03.2025) that the insurer will continue handling and will complete any necessary works, covering the costs under the policy. A change in ownership of the Granary would not affect this.
