The property is located in a convenient position on the fringes of the village of Llangammarch Wells, which has the benefit of a railway station halt stop on the Heart of Wales Shrewsbury to Swansea line, a village shop selling food, newspapers, and most of the necessities of life, as well as operating as a general post office.
