A bright and airy end-of-terrace flat with a spacious kitchen and living room. We loved living here and are selling as we now live overseas. It was an excellent home for us as a young(ish!) couple living in London. It's a five minute walk from the lovely community of Francis Road with lots of independent shops, cafes, a wine store, yoga studio and excellent hairdresser. The area has a nice community feel and active Facebook group. Our favourite places for food and coffee nearby are Marmelo and Deeney's. Situated by Leyton High Road with everything you need on your doorstep: short walk to the tube, food shops, local park etc. The Leyton Technical and Northcote Arms are great local pubs'.
