What the seller has to sayWe moved into the area 12 years ago and it's fair to say it has been transformed in that time. We have had two children here (now 11 and 6) and are now looking for more space as they become teenagers - not going too far so we can pop back to E11 to visit friends. We will really miss the area with its great pubs, cafes and outdoor spaces!
The neighbours on both sides are lovely - multigenerational families who have lived in the area for longer than we have. There is a real community feeling to this neighbourhood.
We love this house, it's our only idea of home, and we have put years of love and care into it including a loft extension, new kitchen, new bathroom, extended family space and multiple iterations of the garden.
We would love the house to be loved by whoever lives here next!
