The property offers interesting, light and airy accommodation with delightful views and character features to include exposed beams and timbers, spiral staircase, exposed brick work and has the added attraction of having its own private walled courtyard garden.
It will become evident on inspection that the present owner takes a particular pride in the presentation of this home which will be found in immaculate decorative order. The accommodation is heated by electric storage heating, is arranged over two floors and in brief comprises; recessed entrance porch, reception hall with exposed brick walling and spiral staircase to first floor, step in coats cupboard and a good sized cloakroom.
