VEGETABLE GARDEN       This is situated to the opposite side of the minor road and has two points of gated access giving you the expediency of driving through.  There are three polytunnels, two of which are covered and one with frame only. There is a pond and natural grassy areas that attract wildlife.  This fertile area has the added convenience of having shared rights to the village spring.  

SERVICES             Shared rights to the village spring, that is located in the larger paddock.  Solar panels on the stable block roof provides electricity that is stored in batteries.
