Directions

From the town take the eastern exit towards Exeter and at the top of the hill turn left into Exeter Road Industrial Estate. Take the first right and travel for about 400m until you reach a roundabout. Take the first exit and then turn left into Kellands Lane. Continue on the road until it bends and turn right into Broom Park.
