Postcombe is a popular small village, quiet and rural, yet within easy reach of the M40 with junction 6 being less than two miles away. Set to the western edge of the Chiltern Hills, the village dates from the 7th century and used to lie on the main road to London. The former coaching inn is still open, now a pub and B&B.
