Brimming with character, it offers an idyllic setting for holidays, holiday letting, or a seaside home.
A half-glazed stable-style front door opens from the enchanting St Austell Row into a small entrance area, ideal for hanging coats and leaving shoes. This leads into a cosy and inviting living room, featuring a beamed ceiling and a recently installed multi-fuel burner, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere—particularly on rainy days and during the winter months. A staircase ascends to the first floor, while an open passageway leads into the kitchen, which has been cleverly designed to maximise the available space. Beyond the kitchen, a small utility area provides additional practicality, with a back door opening onto a rear courtyard—an intimate outdoor space with room for a small table and two chairs.
The first floor comprises a landing with access to two bedrooms—a double and a single—as well as the family bathroom, which includes a panelled bath, washbasin, and WC.
This charming property presents an excellent opportunity for those seeking a delightful coastal retreat with strong holiday letting potential, while also allowing the owners to enjoy it themselves. Predicted income figures are available upon request.
