Up the stairs to see what overlooks the marvelous garden, you'll find 4 bedrooms on the first floor. The master bedroom is spectacular with generous wardrobe space, balcony doors that open out, lounging area as well as a sleek ensuite with a walk-in rainfall shower, bath and double basin. There is a second double bedroom as you reach the end of the hallway up the stairs, which has a wonderful view of the garden from an arched semi-circle window. On the second and final floor, you'll find a loft area which has been converted to act as a fifth bedroom, entertainment space or study-whatever you need it to be really! There is one level to it, but split across two sides divided by a set of stairs as you enter. This has been cleverly transformed as it is a great use of the extra space and has been fitted with lots of cabinets and cupboard for storage purposes.

There is an enclosed gravel driveway round the front of the house, which is incredibly valuable for a much desired location like Burford.
